CBO has been working with Bahir Dar Blood Bank through coordination of donations instigating volunteers to donate and medical screening of ready donors since its foundation, for last 1 years. Its founders were the winners of 2020 blood donation coordinator clubs when Bahir Dar Blood Bank won the “The top successful blood bank in Ethiopia” through collecting 20,020 bloods with in 1 year. CBO founders were the coordinator, instigators of donors and screeners of 12,000 units in the year.
Similarly, in 2021 CBO is hardly working with Bahir Dar Blood Bank through its staffs and volunteers, for its remarkable effort the blood bank has certified CBO.
