The goal of the MoU is to contribute to the development of the community and the country as a whole through collaborating and actively engaging in aforementioned sectors of partnership.

- Entrepreneurship
- Democratic and Human right
- Emergency and disaster responses
- Short and long term trainings
- Health related agriculture, agro-processing, manufacturing

Solution Projects Taskforce
The Taskforce is formed to implement the cooperation agreement signed by Community Boosting Organization (CBO) and Mizan Tepi University College of Medicine and Health science(MTU CMHS). CBO and MTU CMHS have signed a general partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaborative

The main objective of the Taskforce is
- To identify and prioritize burning community problems in the aforementioned sectors
- Prepare problem solving project proposals for the prioritized problems
- Fundraise resources for the implementation of the projects
- Implement the projects
- Monitor and evaluate the projects
This is a task force is composed of
- Academician and researchers assigned by Mizan Tepi University (MTU) College of Medicine and Health Science (CMHS)
- MTU CMHS research and community service Director and coordinator
- Community Boosting Organizations representatives and Volunteer member professionals
- Ethiopian scholars and diaspora living abroad
- Individuals from potential partner organizations who can support the mission of the task force
